This is a space where I let go a little. Everyday there’s a desire for control over some element within our lives and having a creative outlet, with no judgement, can be so refreshing. Finding moments to practise mindful creativity and embrace the process of making something without expectation or control is incredibly developmental for being with yourself and exhaling. I’ll be documenting these moments here and letting go a little with each project I embark on.

Letting Go A Little is a space dedicated to experimenting with creativity and the mindset behind it, embracing the therapeutic freedom it can offer and confronting moments of ego, perfectionism and the need for validation. Here, Sarah-Louise documents her creative processes and the thoughts and discoveries that arise as she pushes the limitations of her own creative comfort zone, looking deeper into the benefits and challenges of being creative in your day to day life and advocating for the value it can bring for mental well-being and self development.
